Program Review
The first step is to do a complete review of your existing purchasing program. This can include:
- Determing if there is a written agreement between you and your distributor.
- Verifying that the agreement contains the appropriate language to protect your company's interests and truly benefits you, the customer.
- Verifying exactly how your pricing actually calculated. A contract with no definition of actual cost is no better than no contract at all. And margin vs. mark up can have a significant impact on your final cost.
- Determining if your company is receiving programs and incentives that a company of your size should be entitled to.
- An analysis of your current pricing in comparison to known pricing in your area. This is NOT a "market basket" review, it is much more detailed than looking at a few key items.
What's Next?
After the initial review, we will be able to determine what is the potential opportunity for cost reductions and which of our suite of solutions is best for you.
